I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CWS Corporate Housing (Austin, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Started with a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Behavioral questions over the phone and in person, some situational questions in person. My interviewer was very conversational, making it a fairly easy interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CWS Corporate Housing (Austin, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
First step was a phone interview that last approximately 30 minutes. At the conclusion of the phone interview, an in-person interview was scheduled for the next week. In-person interview was very structured. The interviewer had a packet of questions that every candidate is asked. This can be very awkward, as the interview does not flow like a normal conversation. The interview simply asks questions, does not give you a lot to go on. Be prepared to go over every part of your resume!

Interview
It was truly engaging. To have a diverse group to ask so many questions I had never experienced this in a really long time. They placed me at ease and told me to give it my best shot.
