Very informal first two interviews, third was the worse in my entire career. First two were amiable and much more informative. The third one was with a new COO and was all about himself.

Had 3 interviews -- The first was with the recruiter over the phone. He found me on Linked In. I then had an interview with a gentleman from Canada as a prequalifying interview. Next, I had an interview with the VP of sales. I then went to Canada for a face to face interview. Following, there was a Skype interview.
