Cable One interview questions

Recruiter call, 30 min. Phone interview, recruiter stated will hear from hiring manager in 48hrs then crickets no follow-up no rejection. Thus company did this same process to me before as well.

Hiring manager reached out and told me to do an analysis plus presentation as well as a one way interview that did not allow you to practice. You had 20 seconds to read the question and then answer. Afterwards, she wanted to schedule me for another interview but because the one time slot she gave me did not work out, she sent me a rejection email. I feel that the manager of this department is very demanding and extremely petty. Plus, the process was completely informal, all that work and only corresponded through email.
