Simple questions related to professional background and previous working experience, how to handle complicated situations with colleagues, how to best deal with clients and best ideas for specific situations where service recovery was required, what kind of contribute would you bring to the company, ideas on how to improve service.
It was just one interview (1.30h) and then they contacted over the phone.
