Took the test on their website after which I got a call from HR. They called me for an interview. HR interviewed me first then introduced me to the team manager. I was given an editing test which was reviewed by the Team Manager. I was told what to look for and what i could have improved upon and was asked to re-edit it using suggested tips. After which I was given another test. After which I was interviewed by the another senior management person. I gt a call after a few days that I was hired.

It was quite a simple interview, actually, rounds of interviews. Online tests plus interviews. Pretty basic stuff. Although I've heard that it's become tougher and more stringent since. Apply only if you are confident of your English language skills.
