The interview process was long, with multiple "tests". The time period from the first application to starting the position was approximately 4 months. There was supposed to be an interview; however, they hired me on the day of the interview instead of conducting the interview.

Applied relatively easy then was led to a timed exam to test English grammar and science comprehension. Received an email response in three days saying I passed the test and that I was offered the position with draft contract and to upload my identity documents and respond with a start date. I responded to ask if I could speak to someone first as everything was over email as I felt uncomfortable sending my identity information to someone I've never met. They ghosted me.
