The written round is subject orientation and varies with subject. The interview round is well structured and the interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable.

It begins with an editing test taken on-site. They call you back after reviewing it to let you know if you've passed and schedule an appointment for an interview. The interview runs through the usual questions on your resume and experience and is conducted by the head of the department you'll be working in and the overall manager of the four editing departments.
