There is an initial online questionnaire. From there, an applicant will go through a series of Telephone Interviews. Based on a successful Telephone Interview, a manager will be sent to Management School in Bluffton, SC

Interview
I had been working in a non supervisorial position for several years and was approached to take over as Program Manager. The company was very familiar with me and there was no formal interview process. We just had a brief phone conversation discussing what my expectations were and what the company was offering.
