I applied for Software Engineer (Java Profile) through some job website (naukri). Interview consisted of 2 rounds. First round was telephonic and took around 45 mins. It was more related to your communication skills and your present job profile and some basic aptitude and technical questions. Second round was face to face technical interview and took around 1 hour. It was taken by 2 peopele both 10+ exp. Interview was focused on OOPS concepts in C++ and Java.
