Cadillac Fairview Guest Services Representative interview questions

Applied online and about a week or two weeks later I received a phone call and did a little phone screening, a couple of hours later I received a phone call asking me to come for an in person interview. The person who interviewed me was really kind and listened really well. A few days after I received an email asking for references and consent to do a background check, 2 days later I got a call telling me that they’re offering me the job and that they’ll email me the offer letter.
