Interview
Group panel interview. 10 applicants and 2 executives. First thing we had to do is introduce our partner to the group and reasons why they should be hired. (I think I did a good job advocating for my partner. She, however, was nervous and did a poor job introducing me). Next the executives ask everyone a customer service related question. Lastly, we are suppose to describe our favorite candy. Overall, they wanted to get to know your personality. Afterwards the executives left and one return and called names (I was in this group), and told us that we would not move forward.
Not exactly sure why I was called because I think I did a good job answering the questions (better than some who move forward) . Everyone who did not move forward was of the same race which makes me wonder...

Interview
Classic BAIT AND SWITCH interview. I took a day off work to meet the supervisor who took one look at my resume and said the best he could offer me was a position as a barback. Avoid this company.

Interview
Interview with a panel and other individuals also applying. Not a traditional interview they will ask silly questions and be prepared to give a thoughtful bit silly answer. Definitely have to show personality.

Interview
Couple step process.
First you apply online and you'll get a call from a beverage supervisor to come in for an interview. Then after you interview if you're hired by the dept you'll then be told when the next orientation date Is, which is twice a month, after orientation you'll get badged. You'll do a drug screen and back ground check (MAKE SURE YOU LIST EVERYTHING THAT WOULD BE ON A BACK GROUND CHECK). THEY WILL LOOK AND FIND IT. IF YOU DIDNT TELL THEM YOULL BE IMMEDIATLY FIRED.
