The process started well. I had a friendly and professional first interview with the HR Manager via video call, followed by a second-stage telephone interview with the Finance Manager. Both conversations were positive and I felt the role and company could have been a great fit.
However, after the final face to face interview, communication completely stopped. I was told I would hear back the following week, but received no updates. I followed up twice via email and had no response. After waiting over 10 days, I decided to withdraw from the process.
