Caidya interview questions

The interview started out fairly typical, but things became uncomfortable as it progressed. Most of the team seemed fine, but there was one woman (a director) who made the experience awkward. She gave off an air of expecting new hires to know every nuance and intricacy of the role from the start, which is unrealistic. She also made sarcastic comments which felt both unnecessary and dismissive. While the rest of the team seemed okay, that one woman's attitude was enough to make me lose interest in ever exploring opportunities with this organization.
