Completed application online . Received a phone call from Maintenance Manager the following day to set up an interview. Interviewed with the Maintenance Manager, who offered me the position. Orientation was scheduled for the following week

You apply online and you give them a few days to review and process the application, they in turn will reach out to you if they are interested, or you can call them. Once you call them, they ask you questions.

Why did you leave your last employer. Do you have Hazmat [even though it's not required], they want to know what kind of home time, pay, benefits, and more are you looking for. They want to make sure that you are in the area where they run in order to get you home when you request home time.
