Some technical question, ask about driving license, ask about a equipment and test for concrete. how i start my career as a civil engineer in the construction field, where I can see my self after 5 years.

Two phone calls, one was basic to schedule interview, next was the interview itself. Was simple and easy, second one was done over teams. 1st phone call was with 1 person and second one was with 2, with your bosses. Questions that were asked were pretty basic interview questions and no technical questions
