CalPrivate is a smaller bank, so HR may be delayed in responding. The interview was easy and as expected. The interviewer was polite, direct, and to the point. Although it is a smaller bank, be prepared like any other interview.

Very personal, no predetermined stupid questions, they want to know the real you. I’ve worked at larger banks with scripted interview questions which is ridiculous. Really good interview experience. Almost as ridiculous as this Glassdoor text box not letting me continue until I have typed 30 words.
