Quick initial appointment because seem eager for people. Now that I work there I know why - above average turn over. Mostly family and friends of owners employed there with very few not family and friends. Speaking foreign languages makes the outsider uncomfortable especially after they randomly and spontaneously begin to laugh.

Question 1
Very basic and get to their underlying interest: how much do you want? Doesn't matter because they will only offer you what they want with no respect of what the market is bearing for that particular position or the candidates experience and certifications.
