California State Senate interview questions

2 separate interviews -- First with a staffer mainly behavioral questions. Second interview was with the Chief of Staff-- asking situational questions as well as more behavioral questions, primarily about motivations and challeneges.

Three calls - one with the district director, then the elected official, and finally the chief of staff. Very standard and basic interview questions and the last two calls felt more like a "fit" check.
