The first round was HR, Second round was hiring Manager, Third was a phone interview with 5 people on the same day (VP, Directors, and Managers). Post which a week later received a Predictive Index test. After this round and one week later, Skype interview with the hiring manager and very clearly explained the role and responsibilities. Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Calix (Richardson, TX) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was exceptionally professional. The HR team did an outstanding job in organizing the interviews starting from the first screening interview until the last (7th) interview. I spent over 3.5 hours in total in interviews. I applied online via their website (which I found via LinkedIn) and got the phone/screening interview the following week. Then an interview with the hiring manager and 5 interviews with the upper management including the VP. All the interviews were via the phone or online video as we were in different states. Although I did not get the job , I think it's fair to give the HR team & the company credit for their excellent work. They were also nice to notify me that I was not selected for the position.
