They come to my college for career fair. Gave my resume. They conducted spot interview with few basic networking questions. They look for prior work exp with networking devices + CCNA certification. Got a call for phone interview in a week. Questions from L1, L2 of OSI. HR questions. About company and my interest on the company.
One of the worst interview process I have ever experienced. Goes dark. No response for weeks. If candidates are no longer being considered, a notification should be send out as a professional courtesy. The worst communication process by the recruiting team. Did they buy the good ratings and reviews on this site?
