Having a clear end date and a personal copy helps me review the terms in the future, especially if I want to reflect on discussions or feedback from the process for my own professional growth. Because the document structure did not align with my preferences for time-bound terms and accessible records, I decided not to proceed with the application. While I did not experience the later stages of the process, I can say that the recruitment team was prompt and courteous in their email communication.
