CallRail has been one of the few companies that I interviewed with that really respected my time as a candidate. Their interview process is very straight-forward, and doesn't ask you to do take-home assessments like some other companies do.
It's mainly 4 steps, screening call, meeting the director of UX where you go through a project and critique their products, meeting other designers, then meeting the VP of product. I really appreciated the conversational approach they have to try and really get to know you as a designer.
