Calphin Aquatic Club interview questions

It was 2 interviews on the same day. They asked a couple of average questions and also had you do a typing test. Overall, process was fairly easy. Just relax and answer truthfully.

Asked about experience with swimming and kids. Quick on job offer. The interviewer seemed interested more on my availability then ability to manage the kids swimming. Overall nice and cool staff. Parents and children are fine to work with as long as you communicate with them.
