Cambridge Regional College interview questions

A great example of how unprofessional this college is. Two interviewers reading out questions from a form and both writing down my answer. I don't think they ever looked at me. Do you know the way out? Was the final sentence of the interview. No correspondence received about the result. Two thick pointless women. I see that the vacancy is still advertised.

Nice people who did the interview, some relevant questions although too many repetetive ones, with little depth. E.g. was asked many times how I would engage students. I answered this several times.
