I was hired without interviewing because of my photography experience. They had seen my work previously through social media outlets, and recruited me to come work for them. I accepted and began working immediately.

Applied and got called for an interview they had me interview with another person in the room it was like they wanted us to battle it our for the job and see who would have the best answer. It was nerve wrecking and the other person felt the same way and I have tattoos and piercings and they told me that I have to cover them which I'm ok with I've had to before but they kept bringing it up and saying comments about them.
