After applying through Indeed, there was about a month of silence. Got an Indeed message with instructions to call camp to set up an interview. We set it up the next week. Interview itself was done with the Director/Scout and the Owner. Took about an hour in total, included a tour of the facility. Was told I'd hear back by a certain date.
