Interview

My first question was "what's the commission cap?". He said "what?". I said, "If I make X% of the net for a camper sale, lets say I sell 100 campers, is there a limit on how much commission I can make?" He said, "you're the first person coming in here asking about max commission. Everyone else I've talked to has asked me about base. That tells me all I need to know about you. When can you start?"
