Interview
The first call was with the recruiter to discuss the role and my availability for the next round of interviews. Then I spoke with the hiring manager (an executive), and we talked more in detail about the role. Asked some behavioral interview questions to understand my managerial, collaboration, and project management philosophy. There were questions about how I would innovate in my area of expertise. Final round was members of team and included a presentation about a project I had worked on from idea to completion, then I interviewed 1:1 with potential peers, and those included more behavioral interview questions. It took about a week or so to get a call that the team was interested in making an offer. The negotiations were quick after that.
