Ridiculously easy, just make sure you take 15 minutes to brush up on common questions: why do you want to work here, what can you contribute to the team, how do you respond to an unhappy guest etc.

After you apply online, it would take up to 3 months max to get a call back for an interview and that's when they will do a phone screening. They first do a 1 on 1 interview where they ask you simple questions like your hours,why did you choose Canada wonderland, strengths and weaknesses etc. After the one on one you will have a group interview with 3 other people who applied and you will be interviewed by 3 people. The group interview is what will make or break you, because that is when they will decide if you're the right candidate for the job. In the group interview they cards Sitting in different categories and they are Scenario questions based of the 4 cornerstones. 1 person would pick up a card and read it and the person on the right would have to answer the question. After all the questions are finished you each get a turn to act out a scenario and then the interview over. After the interview they tell you to wait in the waiting room and they will call you up individually to let you know if got the job or not. If you get the job then you go to the front desk and they will give you info about when you will come in for orientation
