Canadian Bank Note Software Developer interview questions

It was a nice technical interview. We talked about different things, and then I had to solve two or three problems related to programming. The problems were of medium difficulty, and I had about an hour or so to finish them.

I recently had an interview at the Ottawa branch of CBN, and I feel it’s important to share my experience for the benefit of others. The interview was the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. The manager grilled me throughout the interview, while the other interviewers watched awkwardly. To make matters worse, they made snide remarks about my responses and concluded by saying my application was terrible. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but it also wasted everyone’s time. If my application was truly as lacking as they claimed, there was no reason for them to interview me in the first place. This experience has significantly changed my perception of the company and has given me insight into its workplace culture. I cannot recommend this company, nor do I suggest wasting your time applying here. There are plenty of other organizations that will treat you with respect during the interview process and beyond.
