Usually is in person but could be online as well. There is a screening process as well but if they like your resume this is a mere formality to inform you time and date of the interview

The interview process was great, and the interviewers were very kind and helpful. They go over your resume with you and then apply the things you listed and apply then to what the position entails.

Very brief, even for a intern position. There was discussion on what courses would have prepared me for the workplace. We went some previous projects that I have been a part of. Finally a discussion on what programming languages I am comfortable with.
