There were 2 interviews. The first was with the cash room department supervisor and another co-worker and it was mostly a conversation about what I knew about the company. The second was the same thing, this time with the supervisor and the boss.

Interviewed by Controller and CFO, very formal, used one of their meeting rooms in the Sheraton hotel. Controller acted like the good cop and CFO acted like the bad cop. Dynamic was interesting. Asked the usual questions. Nothing crazy stood out. Was very average for an interview.

The interview process is a straight forward two interview process where the first one is with a couple of managers in the team which is then followed by a face-to-face interview with the Higher management

Question 1
Basic questions asking details about yourself, your past experiences. Basically trying to understand your fit to the role and you're analyzing your transferable skills. Overall it was relatively easy as long as you have some understanding of the line of business that you are applying in.
