Interview

Interviews are done at The Best Western in Pembroke. You are greeted and asked to sit down and wait. Eventually the door opens and at my interview there were two supervisors although sometimes have three. The process took about 20 minutes using the STAR interview method. The interviewers felt me feel at ease even though I was extremely nervous.

Interview

Hiring manager and another member of the team, virtual (MS Teams). The classic "tell me about yourself" was asked, followed by questions about my resume and past experiences. A few technical questions about the role followed. No word on rejection or if I was a successful candidate at this time.
