I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Canadian Red Cross (Ottawa, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
There was a telephone interview first, followed by face-face interview with a panel of 4. Emails were exchanged agreeing to the date and time. After the interview, I received a call from the HR asking for a convenient time to speak with the sectional head requesting staff. We spoke within the week and I got explanation on why I was not chosen and an advise to keep in touch. I was satisfied with the process.
