Quite a straight forward process.
Asked what I could bring to the team .
Small amount of role play for example what would you do in this situation
Friendly great place to work
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cannon Hygiene International (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
First stage was fine. Manager was very welcoming.
Final stage was ridiculous, the person above her was very unprofessional. Spent his time telling me how he didn’t hire anyone like me, as my experience lacked in this field and also personality wise, and then proceeded to tell me he mainly hired women. I felt like he just wanted to show his dominance and for a company that value themselves on how they are perceived, I’d be ashamed. If my experience lacked and I didn’t fit what they were looking for, I shouldn’t have been invited to a final interview.
It is Sad to say all of this because the first stage was lovely and the people I met and spoke with were lovely. Unfortunately, before the outcome, I told the recruiter that this wasn’t for me.
The interview lasted an hour and I say interview loosely, it was more like belittling.
Upon leaving the interview, you could tell the original manager who was present was embarrassed.
