CannonDesign Applications Developer interview questions

Meet with recruiter, meet with the senior dev, meet with the broader team in product, meet the CIO, be told that you're in the final 2 candidates, don't hear back for weeks, are told they need to interview other qualified candidates still, asked for project samples after all of this at the tail end (this should take place in recruiter/HM screen), rejected almost a month later. Have to admit that people were super kind and engaging in 3/4 interviews, those people seemed cool to work with. Abysmal / confusing / uncoordinated process, pay isn't that competitive. Avoid.
