I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canon (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Boring, canned questions. Very little eye contact. Fixation on dates and time-frames of past employment. Basically looking to disqualify applicants based on in-accurate or erroneous information on resumes. Because the quality of most applicants they get is very poor, you simply have to complete their steps so they are comfortable with making an offer. Problem is the "mis-trust" continues after you're onboard. This company simply does not trust it's employees and the feeling simply becomes mutual over time.
Great experience passing through each level and staff is great having been providing all necessary guidance to the candidates. Office location is awesome and easy to find. Overall the process was smooth.
