I was referred to Canonball recruiters through a good friend at a past place of employment. I had also seen the posting the day before I was contacted by Canonball.
A phone interview was set up where we casually talked about Canonball and my experience. It was very nice, with the general tone of friendliness that, I later found out, is prevalent at Canonball. At the end of the phone call a time was set up for me to come in and do a one on one interview at the office.
At the main interview, I was introduced to the top level people and sat down with the group to once again talk about myself and the goals of Canonball. Various other employees would pop in to introduce themselves. Everyone was cheery, friendly, and buzzing about.
The interview team asked really good questions, and I felt confident replying to them in a real way. They seemed open to suggestions, but also had a very clear vision of where they were and wanted to go. It was very refreshing. The interview went close to 3 hours and I didn't even notice.
