Funny how I thought my story would be different from the reviews here, a very unnecessarily long, tedious, time consuming process, after initial resume screening, you do a written interview with unnecessary questions about high school, favorite subjects and a bunch of useless questions not related to the role, after that it’s a psychometric test which is basically just an iq test, I did really well at this so I thought it would help me, after that you have 3 different interviews with 3 different team members, and I’ll say personally this was the only enjoyable part of this whole experience because the developers were all nice, friendly, and seemed really smart, asking mostly about what I like and dislike about each technology I’ve used e.g react, tailwind etc, after the 3 interviews you get a take home pretty easy, then after that i got a generic rejection no feedback no nothing, so funny how the whole time I thought I’d get the job and not have to go through typing this but it is what it is, not sure why a company put someone through all this stress to not even get to the offer discussion, in summary it’s so surprising that a lot of smart developers already work at this company and had to put up with this joke of an interview, and in my opinion this will only serve to chase away prospective employees
