The interview process is lengthy and consists of multiple stages. I went through at least 4 technical interviews apart from writing a 28-page long essay answering high school type of questions on motivations, background and tons of stuff related to my application

First step was a long written interview, followed by a timed technical exam. The technical exam was not easy, so only apply if you really know what you're doing. I didn't end up completing the technical interview because it was of a more advanced level than I was at
