Went through the 3 month process and told at the end of each interview they loved me and that I was through to the next stage, same thing with the final interview. Wait 2 days past the time they told me they would message only to get told I failed a stage in the first week after 3 months??? Messaged my interviewers to check what happened and they each said they voted yes - head recruiter never replied. Massive waste of time. Would have appreciated knowing at least what happened.

waste of time. they make you take a bunch of IQ tests as if that's some sort of signal that you'll be good at sales. i get what they're going for but don't think it actually increases the level of talent
