Interview process was pleasant as communication was open and quick by the talent acquisition person from Canva. They offered thorough information, and organised interview promptly. Was happy with the entire process, was very professional.

Had a call with the internal recruiter . She was very helpful and talked me through potential questions that i would be asked.
This was then followed up by an online interview with the relevant manager of the role i was applying for.
After this i received feedback on the interview.

Question 1
Show example of end to end ownership of previous projects.
Feedback was that i need to show clearer evidence of end to end ownership of previous projects, and a strong strategic approach to these, to demonstrate that more developed ability to strategically tackle problems and provide solutions of scale.

I can't rate the interview process highly enough. The recruitment team were supportive, provided detailed information about each step and provided timely updates throughout the process. The interviews were difficult, but very robust and well thought out.
