I entered their conference room with two individuals. The questions were set and fairly inflexible. We chatted briefly, but basically the interview turned into questions I wasn't sure how were related that clearly weren't planned.

Interview
It was comfortable and easy going. I was asked a series of questions about myself and the importance of youth development. It was a round table kind of session with various people asking me questions. They were all smiling and made me feel comfortable. It was not nerve racking at all.

Many of the questions pertained to the job of Prevention Educator, such as facilitation style, classroom management techniques, and behavioral management.
