Cape Fear Community College interview questions

I had to show proof of minimum graduate school credit hours in the subject I was applying to instruct. I had a meeting with the department chair. The Dept. Chair asked why I wanted to teach. This was an expected question. It was a very laid back interview.

Phone interview was first. Then panel interview with search committee of 7 faculty/staff. Then personal interview with department chair.
