I submitted my resume, was contacted via email to set up an interview, interviewed, hired the next day. Overall process was quick. The interview lasted around 35 minutes and was comfortable. There was a balance of banter to relieve nervousness where we talked about various games.

Interview
I was offered the job from the owner directly, of whom you will not receive much contact with any time after being hired. It was a casual discussion, interview consisted of the typical what are your values and they also had someone send me a link to a "personality quiz". They are very big about being family friendly.
