I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Nāgpur, Maharashtra) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview was for fresher hiring on campus
The process:
1. Remote rounds
Round 1: Aptitude (not sure, I don't remember well if it was happened or not)
Round 2: Communication round
Then
On campus rounds
Round 3: technical test 2 sections, technical situation based and aptitude
And game based assessment
If round 3 was cleared, they were taken further to next round
Round 4: coding assessment including 2 questions. String, map, arrays and matrix is only needed.
Round 5: interview in person and remote on superset
(my interview is done but result isnt yet declared, it's been a month)
If in round 4, you code the questions, you get to stand for differential hiring
Else you are for basic package
My interview was remote on superset
Situation based question
If your friend and you work in same team in Capgemini, and you got promoted as team manager but he/she didn't.
And then the person got mad and don't want to work or working without seriousness.
What will you do?
After talking to the person, something went wrong and it ruined your mood badly.
But you have a team meeting in 1 hour.
You can't leave the office. How will you make your mood good?
Cuz it's ruined and you won't be able to focus in meeting.
I was very smooth. The interviewer was very friendly and supportive. But I did not get selected. I thought my interview went well.
The questions were also very interesting and thoughtworthy. I didn't get selected, but I understood what I was lacking and started practicing.
