Interview
I was selected in campus recruitment in 2012.
First they took a aptitude test, was pretty simple.
After that an hr round, asked about hobbies and family details. Might check the knowledge regarding the hobby. Then a technical round where asked to write vode snippets in C. For me they asked for circular link list
