Interview
There were three rounds in the interview process.
First round was the aptitude test which was an hour long test. After that results were announced . After that there was technical round in which the interviewer first asked me to introduce myself and then asked me questions regarding my College project. After that there was an HR round for the selected candidates. In HR round general questions were asked. The final result was declared in few weeks through an e-mail.

The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
