Interview
Got a phone call from an external recruiter, got invited on-site. The on-site interview was with a manager and another solutions architect. Manager talked about the company structure and the "cool" things they have and just asked a couple of non-technical questions. Solutions architect was just impressed by CV.

Interview
According to recruiter, I should expect the mix of technical , behavioral and leadership questions. But interview was very general apart from tell me about yourself part. Standard questions etc. As everybody's time is valuable, interview scope should be shared beforehand, parties should be cling to it. Despite the positive discussion, I have not got any feedback.

Question 1
I was asked questions from a manuscript by a very junior recruiter, things like "do you know what the cloud is?". Yes. I do. Very blunt and not particularly enticing. Later I had to explain an architure to a non-tech person. I finally got to speak with a technical person, and they were so stuck up I couldn't believe it. No communication skills what so ever.
