I applied through university. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderābād) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process is pretty chill. Like Aditya mentioned, there are two rounds technical & HR. Now the no. of people that they select from each round is totally dependent on the caliber of candidates as well as the needs of the company.
In Technical round, the interviewers are pretty experienced high level members of the company so you really don’t stand a chance to fool them if you’re not prepared. They’ll have a look at your C.V look at the technical aspects of it & question around it so make sure your C.V is well made.
Girls have a bit of advantage in this matter due to the company’s policies. They might ask you a few questions of simple programs just to make sure you know coding and are not bluffing.
The profile for which they hire is also critical in the questions they might ask so prepare yourself well according to the job description.
The HR round is pretty generic. They’d ask simple questions as to what you think about it & other stuff.
They asked me what meaning do I derive from their motto “People matter, Results Count.” Other than that as long as you are upto date with the technologies, you’ll ace it.
